That very well could be. Like in Europe, they need to be screened which is difficult. They will lie about their country of origin to get in. I never had any idea how many are here already. When that Ebola hit, they have given them whole buildings of nice apartments, probably Section 8 which would mean free for them.
There are way more where I am than I was aware of. Whole apartments of them in a desirable town, best school district.
