I understand why social conservative generally prefer Cruz he is better on value issues then Trump. But I am not a social conservative I am a constitutional conservative so I’m more interested preserving the nation and it’s constitution which means (illegal) immigration is a very big deal to me. Cruz has been very coy on that issue, hence my distrust, Trump on the other hand has made the issue the center piece of his campaign has doubled tripled and quadruped down on it. Trump if elected will enforce our laws and Trump will send the Syrian refugees back to Syria.
So there we have it. Those embarrassing social issues like abortion and queer marriage aren’t a thing for you.
Your support for Trump and your contempt for Cruz make perfect sense now.
