He wanted a wealth tax in the neighborhood of 33%, way back when. Sure, he could pay it and not feel the pinch. It would destroy farms, small stores, etc. That right there turned me off to him forever.

The lies spread here are astounding,

In his book published in 2000 he proposed a ONE TIME tax of the VERY wealthy in order to pay off the national debt.

He has since said that the plan would no longer work because of the astronomical increase in the debt.

And that was way back whenever.....His policy on taxes does not call for that. Perhaps you ought to read his two books on policy (one from 2000).
