Benghazi was about the USA switching sides in the War On Terror.
Backing the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt was about switching sides in the War On Terror.
Overthrowing our own pro-American President in Yemen was about...you guessed it (or not, you might be stubborn)...switching sides in the War On Terror.
Ditto for the CIA’s massive failure in their efforts to overthrow Assad in Syria (who hoo, a global refugee crisis!).
Langley and the DC Beltway are populated, currently, by gender-sensitive, “global warming” nutcases who think that it is “smart” to send gay Ambassadors to countries who have the death penalty for being gay.
Every policy that they back is doomed to failure.
Their “Arab Spring” is simply one of their larger failures.”

And these failures have resulted in Obama having to act to protect the Saudis and their proxy ISIS.Thats why Obama has been doing the rope a dope , dancing around ISIS instead of attacking ISIS effectively.
At G20 Obama is huddling with Pooty.Pooty has leverage. Pooty can and will destroy ISIS but there will be a cost.Obama’s job will be to not allow Europe to pay that price of abandoning Ukraine to Russia and prevent ISIS destruction by doing so.
Obama is huddling for one thing: To protect the Saudi’s interest by keeping ISIS from destruction, assuring ISIS continuity on behalf of the Saudis in their Sunni war against the Iranian Shiites who are directly threatening to take Mecca, after all they are in Iraq, not too much further to push in order to take Mecca.
The Saudis are scared to death of Iran-Russia and have Obama hopping , doing the step and fetch for them. Whatever Obama does will NOT be for America or Europe, it will be for the Saudis.
The question is whether other G20 leaders know what Obama is up to. Certainly Putin knows what Obama is up to, Obama is protecting the Saudis, and Putin will trade the destruction of ISIS and protection for the rest of Europe from refugees, if Putin is handed the Ukraine.Its that simple.
The partition of the Ukraine is about to happen. If only Obama would act like a genuine US president(Buahahahahahahahaha!) and destroy the Saudi proxy, ISIS, Putin would lose his leverage.But no, Obama will fail again to act like a genuine US president.
History is now being made and Vlad has virtually everyone by the short hairs and has powned Obama from the beginning.
Ukraine is another story as I see it....Putin already has Crimea which was significant to him ....Donbass etc. is so destroyed the most it would be is a buffer zone for Russia from Kiev and the Nato push. I cannot see Ukraine actually fully a member of the EU any time soon if ever. Their internal problems have not changed sufficient enough to keep them on track....corruption still is rampant...and the old diehard oligarchs are still at it there.
