Indeed.
IS(IS/IL) will prove to be a mere sock puppet distraction once Iran gets its nukes.

They have had their Muslim problem and are under as much threat as anyone else.
Maybe on this fight they can be trusted.
Of course, Obama is busy fighting Global Climate Change and this may be a mute point for the US.

No offence, but do you think the US is to be trusted, given that your leader is clearly a lunatic?

That’s what they say about us probably.

The Russians are the ones who warmed the Obama regime about the Tsarnaev brothers *before* the Boston bombing. The Regime, of course, didn’t listen.

When ISIS is destroyed, I will be ok with being enemies again. Working together for joint survival won’t makes us buddies just survivors.

When did Russia become our enemy? 1200, 1500, 1814, 1870, 1917. or 1955? We need to reevaluate the relationship. The US is where Russia was in 1905 due to our flirtation with socialist progressivism and attacks on traditional Christianity. Perhaps Russia can guide us out of our wrong turn; they are recovering from the perils of Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism.

The Russians are NEVER to be trusted...
Reagan trusted them. "Trust, but verify".
In World War II, we didn't particularly like Joe Stalin either, but he had one thing we needed, and that was a still formidable Red Army to stop Hitler in his tracks and turn back the Nazis. So we made him our ally. It didn't mean we approved of, or endorsed his behavior and how he abused and mistreated the Russian people.
The alternative would have been for Hitler to rule the Eurasian land mass from the Atlantic to the Pacific, and Vladivostok would have ended up as an Axis seaport.

“The Russians are NEVER to be trusted”
We need to collaborate with the Russians again, just like we needed them to defeat Hitler. But yes, we need to remember in the aftermath who they are - and give them nothing.

The Russians are NEVER to be trusted... We can trust Russia more than we can our current leaders.
And the middle east is beginning to wake up to that fact.
