In a world where the media is for all intents and purposes wholly owned by the Left, why would it be so strange for them to hire polling firms that would give them the figures they wanted to support their line of propaganda?

I believe that the populace segments and questions were gamed to provide Carson better than actually standing.
I believe that if you game the situation right, you can use segments that seem reasoned, but can even be gamed within those segments.
I think they did a number on the public, and it’s beginning to show now that Carson’s “inflate gate” is dwindling.

To this point it seems the polls have been used to manipulate public opinion. As voting gets closer, they will tighten up to try and salvage their relevance and reputations.
