I have heard tell that many of these guns turned in are non-operable anyway. Old, broken, rusty. Hey, it’s like when you want to get a new Christmas tree and you get $20 for bringing in your old one. It’s a great deal!
These are exactly the same kind of police officers who will be siding with the Muslims when the inevitable war hits our streets. Expect cops like these to be going after patriot and community militias that form as a response to rampaging Muslims.

If they trust the pledge, why would you need to turn one in?
Look at it this way. If someone is stupid enough to turn in their gun, they’re probably too stupid to have one in the first place.

I’m just left wondering how they got “off the plantation” learned to think about things on a rational basis. Either of these men would make a fine president. Instead we get the likes of Obola and Carson.
I look at it this way. Some 85 year old GGrandmother turns her husbands WWII Luger in to the cops who destroy this piece of history when she should give it to her grandchildren. She doesn’t give it to them because she is afraid the police will give them trouble for having it.

H! NO! I worked hard to earn my permit, and buy my gun, and no one is getting it. When I can’t carry it, it is in a gun safe that is bolted into the concrete and wall.
Think we should ask Black Lives Matter what a person is worth? $1, $100, $1,000, $1,000,000? Let’s say $650,000. So If I turn in a gun, you give me $650,000 because that’s what BLM said a life is worth.

Maybe they’ve learned from past experience. Good to hear as many are these gun buyback programs. NYC had one and you got $100 for a turn in.
In NJ they had a gun buyback program that paid from $50(for a useless gun) up to $250.
