There is NO WAY that the Senate would confirm Sen. Cruz to the Supreme Court. The Republicans hate him more than the Democrats do.
Those fools are so self-interested, I can see McConnell supporting him just to get him out of their “club”. It’s a good selling point: either you confirm Cruz, or he is going to torment you until you quit or lose your reelection.
