"Note: If you don't like the ratings for any reason, please contact Conservative Review's Editor-in-Chief, "The Great One," Mark Levin. But I have to warn you that you may get this response from him: "GET OFF THE PHONE, YOU BIG DOPE!""
With all due respect to Mr. Levin who evidently sourced the information in the OP, please consider the following. The first thing that I do when I see a comparison of federal candidates on the issues is this. I actually ignore the candidates but look to see if the issues listed are relevant to Congresss constitutional, Article I, Section 8-limited powers.
In this case, a lot of the issues presented by Mr. Levin, civil liberties, educaton, energy and environment, healthcare and entitlements, are hard to justify under Section 8.
Although Mr. Levin had limited space for the graphic, It is also suspicious that Cruz, a Harvard-indoctrinated law school graduate, seems to have an official opinion on many issues that the federal government has no Section 8 authority to address.
In fact, I see no information on the candidates stances on policy for the US Mail Service (1.8.7) for example, one of the very few domestic issues that the states actually delegated to the feds the constitutional authority to address.
So will Cruz supporters please fill in the Section 8 gaps of Mr. Levins graphic.
I got the wires crossed in post 22. The graphic was not a part of OP.
Nevertheless, will Cruz supporters fill in Section 8 gaps for Cruzs many green bullets.
