They can’t do a lot about the Feds but the Feds still count on State spending to “fill in” where the Feds can’t. That is what the states can control and thus could make it very difficult for the Feds to implement their stealth invasion strategy!

All but Kentucky. However, the newly elected Republican Gov Bevin states he will block the Syrians from Ky. The sitting Dem. Gov. won’t move to block them.
