I truly don’t think he cares very much about what happened in Paris (or similar atrocities in the west). I get the feeling he thinks it’s only fair we get our share of mayhem and suffering, like the rest of the world.

He could have waited, out of respect and as a matter of decorum and fine matters in international arenas or anywhere people behave like they understand what class is.

The bastard p_resident will not do anything that could be seen as even slighting the Mooslims. So he shows up late!
He did order our US flags to be flown at half staff. I would have flown mine but it has been parked in my barn since the bastard p_resident ordered the flags flown at 1/2 staff when the murderer Mandela died. I won't fly it again until the bastard is gone.
