Putin said at the G20 summit that Russia has presented examples of terrorism financing by individual businessmen from 40 countries, including from member states of the G20.
"I provided examples related to our data on the financing of Islamic State units by natural persons in various countries. The financing comes from 40 countries, as we established, including some G20 members," Putin told reporters following the summit.

I can imagine that the sphincter muscles of businessmen from 40 countries just tightened up.
I’m leery of Putin, but, this seems likely to be true. It seems unlikely that ISIS is self funding from oil alone, given the logistics of moving and selling enough oil to finance their activities.
I actually believe Putin more than the occupier in the WH. Go Putin!

Interesting I watched Hannity show about an hour ago and he had Donald Trump. Mr. Trump mentioned that ISIS is being financed by banks.
