Black Lives Matter activists at Princeton University have taken over the president’s office and say they won’t leave until the school acknowledges former U.S. president Woodrow Wilson as a racist and renames all buildings currently honoring him on campus.

Members of a group calling themselves the Black Justice League walked out of their classes late Wednesday morning and assembled at Nassau Hall, where they were met by Princeton president Christopher Eisgruber. The students presented a list of demands inspired by similar lists that have been seen at Yale University, the University of Missouri, and elsewhere.

Good idea. Erase America’s first Progressive then start working on erasing the rest.

When will they be going after all of the buildings and bridges named after Robert Byrd?

Who knew Glenn Beck had such power?

When he went "dark" I didn't know how dark he'd go.

Or DC Comics, for that matter?

My favorites were Black Aquaman and Black Green Lantern.

Wilson was an evil man, but this is still wrong.

Oh man. I watched this crap in the sixties. The colleges folded then, they’ll fold again.

And now the protestors of the 60s are running the colleges of today.

Totally disagree.

We cannot give in to irrational demands of groups who have mostly imaginary grievances and want to destroy some person who is important in the history of the United States.

Woodrow Wilson?

Though I wouldn't be the one to call for it, maybe it's time that every city erase the names of plagiarizers, adulterers, and Communists, from street signs and public buildings.

I thought they just went after Republicans.

Odds are, there isn't one-in-a-hundred members of the "Black Justice League" who knows that Woodrow Wilson was a Democrat.

One wonders, too, why Princeton graduate and current FLOTUS, Michelle Obama, couldn't spare the time to lead the protest.

Wilson wasn’t the first “progressive” President; McCain’s idol, the odious TR, was.

That is a short-sighted view.

It doesn’t matter now what Wilson did or thought. He was in line with Democrats until rather recently.

Whose next? Richard Byrd?

You know that movie poster reminded me FRiend, WHY did the KKK have to put hoods on the horses?

Were they concerned that the larger horse population might have recognized their fellow horses who were recruited for nighttime missions by the Klan?

Wilbur: “Hold still Ed, I need to get this hood aligned with your eyes ...”
Mr. Ed: “Gosh Wilbur, I can’t see anything!”
Wilbur: “Ed, this will protect your identity.”
Mr. Ed: “Oh sure Wilbur, nobody will recognize me when they hear me say “bring the railroad ties and the torches fellas!”

it is amazing to see how many schools are named after Wilson, many even in low income black communities, educating the very people he thought of as inferior.

Rothflmao. It’s amazing to behold. Each and every day. These young adults have no clue what adversity is. Prayers that the youth steel themselves. Soon.

As much as I despise Woodrow Wilson, the demands of these spoiled, demented children should be ignored. Close the campus, shut down the classriooms, no class credits given, then no diplomas. One semester if this and the children might get their head straight. Who’s running the show, anyway.

Oh, the delicious irony of the grandchildren of the progressive impulse want to erase their grandfather. That might no be a bad idea if they would also erase all the history the progressives let loose that resulted in the turning these children into jackasses.
