Seems to be just about opposite to our Judeo-Christian beliefs which I understand is the foundation of our nation and our system of government? It’s almost like a foreign concept and not compatible at all with our Judeo-Christian society and concept of equality under the and equal justice for all?
It’s almost be like a foreign alien entity trying to force fit within a nation?
How can believing Muslims ever be expected to assimilate and live peacefully within a Judeo-christian society?
Looks like this would automatically and unavoidably set up a clash of cultures?
Is there something wrong with our national idea of allowing such glaringly opposite foreign/alien belief systems to immigrate into our society? Has this ever worked anywhere else? Can a nation long survive with two diametrically opposed rules of law and justice systems at the same time? How can one set of laws apply in one case and a different set in the next? Can the twain ever meet?
