One of the hallmarks of truly smart people is that they realize when they Do Not know something or understand a situation. They don’t try to bluff or pretend they are above it all and make decisions based on their own egos.

They hire the best people and WORK with them to learn, understand and plan.

Good point. Trump is a very quick study and is persuadable when new information is provided. Obama doesn't change his mind on anything. He is ALWAYS correct. If he's presented with contrary ideas, he views it as a personal attack on his 'correctness'.
