Yep - they only have 289 “aye” votes on the bill. If Resident 0bama veto’s, some number of the 47 Dems will jump ship.
Not going anywhere if vetoed.

Many of those votes are yes simply because they know obama will veto if it gets that far. They want to look like they are on the right side of the issue. When it comes time to override the votes won’t be there.
