How about if the governors of states that don’t want refugees cut their welfare bennies? Then, even if Obama forces the refugees there, (don’t put it past him), they will self-deport to a more benefit generous state.
Because the government doesn’t have the right to take money from one person to give from another, at any level, for starters. Moreover, welfare creates a criminal class, by subsidizing immoral behavior and cultures. Some may become terrorists many will become regular criminals, but very few will ever become productive members of society.
