The Obama administration has a big Syrian refugee problem.
The House of Representatives just voted to approve a bill that would allegedly require three top administration officials, including the FBI director, to approve every individual Syrian refugee asking to enter the US. The administration argues that the bill would essentially stop America from taking in any Syrians at all. But it can't even convince members of the president's own party: The bill passed the House with a veto-proof majority.
Even if Senate Democrats hold the line against a veto override, that won't permanently solve the problem. It's looking extremely likely that congressional Republicans will demand changes to Syrian refugee policy as a condition for keeping the government open past December 11. And unlike past shutdown threats, this is one congressional Democrats might actually go along with

Sitting politicians have been indeed sitting on their behinds since the day odumbo walked into the White House. They have had NUMEROUS opportunities to remove odumbo from office but unfortunately they will still be sitting on their asses the day he leaves. All of the need to be sent packing for failing to do their duties.
All this refugee stuff is driving the narcissistic 0 CRAZY. Cruz realizes this, and is trying to agitate 0 even more! Finally, a break is 0’s armor.

Democrats know after this fight if even one islamic refugee participates in a terrorist act it will be an advertising nightmare for dems for years to come because the blame lies only with them now for bringing them over against American’s wishes.
The title is only sort of correct: The Syrian Invasion crisis has ALL Dems in a corner but only IF the cuckolds on our side decide to do the right thing...
The joke’s on us since it doesn’t take government funds for people to run across the border in Mexico. It takes funds to stop it.

The Congress better do something. I will be shocked if we don’t have a Paris like event here before the election.
I tend to agree with you...but it raises a conundrum in my mind.
if there is a paris style attack in the US before the next election, the left will lose on a massive scale, everywhere in the country, I think.
so, that would really serve to nullify the long term objectives of the Islamic jihadists trying to bring down the USA.....assuming cruz or trump get elected.
however, I get the sense that the terrorist jihadis will strike whenever the opportunity arises....as they are certainly opportunists.
So, would they launch a major strike within our borders, whenever they can, or would they wait until after bozo is gone, knowing they would likely “win a battle”, but lose the strategic ability to continue to infiltrate while he is in the white mosque.
I really don’t know where my mind is on this yet.... but, I get the sense that they are so blinded by jihad and ideology, that they will strike ASAP, regardless of long term consequences.
Either way, I am very concerned about the remaining months of this regime.
I think the terrorists are creatures of opportunity. They will strike whenever they get a chance. They don’t care about our elections.
