They hate Israel because, like Spain and parts of eastern Europe, the land was once part of the Dar-es-Salaam. That, and they raised Mohammad's ire by mocking him, or something. I forget, I skimmed his dreadful book awhile back, and he was cheesed off at the Jews for some reason, or the other. So Mohammad's followers are going to hate the Jews, and thus Israel.
