I just hate it when "lowlifes" can't even get being a "lowlife" right. What's the world coming to?
Innocent until proven guilty.
We know some people were killed. We don't know who fired the bullets that killed them and wounded a host of others.
We, or at least some of us know that these meetings (CoC&I) have no history of being violent events, and that this is an unusual event in that there was violence.
To believe that 177 people (two thirds with no record of criminal involvement) from various clubs conspired to have a violent confrontation at a normally peaceful sort of event is a bit beyond the pale.
You and don’to’s argument further vaporizes in the desperate incorrect usage of “innocent until proven guilty”.
That admonition is a restriction placed upon the trial court, as it certainly should be.
There is no Law requiring citizens to presume innocence until proven guilty. In fact it flys in the face of common sense and one’s ability to navigate through life.
Don’t pretend to be so naïve while thrashing about trying to convince everyone else to join your foolish folly.
