I start with a presumption of innocence, but am not at all blind to evidence to the contrary.
Apparently, your evidentiary standard is merely the means someone has of getting around, or the clothes they wear, and a very superficial analysis of that.
You may presume your little heart out, but that won't change the facts. May you be met in life with the same measure you lavish upon others.
There is no Law requiring citizens to presume innocence until proven guilty.
First, if you have to have a law to treat people with anything other than total suspicion or blanket damnation, you are part of the problem.
In fact it flys in the face of common sense and one’s ability to navigate through life.

Those men have been charged with a criminal offense, and as a result are Constitutionally entitled to a presumption of innocence until proven guilty. That is a cornerstone of American Jurisprudence.
If you want to go by some other system, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I tend to believe people who try to say who they are and what they will do with the persona they try to project. For some strange reason many bikers, even those they may not actually beat someone with a ballpeen hammer or shoot you for not getting out of their way, try to dress up like the thug criminals they seem to be wanting to look like. For the most part it is easy to tell the difference, but it makes a rational person wonder, what the hell are they thinking.
On the other hand the real thug criminal bikers really dress and act the part. Why?, to terrorize and intimidate for the least resistance to their criminal activity. There may be two types of people who don’t recognize that undeniable fact, those that admire the criminals and those that are too dumb to know the difference.
Neither I nor all the others here that do not prescribe to being a thug groupie, do not “treat people with anything other than total suspicion”, but instead use our rational critical thinking skills to see who is trustworthy and who are probably guilty and a danger to society.
You and I both know, that all those arrested and or charged for involvement in TP, will be given every presumption of innocence by the Court and none will be denied even the slightest possibility of having their Constitutional Rights violated. Those that are truly innocent, will be exonerated, those that are guilty will be handed the harshest punishment possible, to send a message to other similar criminals that this will not be tolerated.
I am not the one trying to subvert the system to gain unfair advantage for those you seem to identify with.
