Give them their own campus, fence it off so no offending white people can hurt their feelings.
They'll just piss and moan that their tuition rates are too high and must be paid for by the whites as reparations.
I'm a native of Chapel Hill. I thought the place was unbearably liberal in the 60's and 70's. I haven't been back over a dozen times since I graduated UNC in '77.
