The drama over a parking space in the country! Drivers park every Sunday in the field of p.Bedekovića. Every Sunday Bedekovića warns drivers who arrive at the Zagreb flea market, not to leave their cars on his arable land.
But they regularly turn a deaf ear to him and dozens of cars parked on the surface where Paul is planting corn.Yesterday, he got mad, and angrily sat down on his tractor and plowed everything he could and thus 'blocked' about 50 cars!!!
Outraged by this, the drivers called the police to see what Paul had done. But, they did not achieve anything by it because it is a farm, his land with which he can do what he wants. Two of the police officers arrived at their call, but they could only just sit in the lady's car and could not free the car and asked to help them soon so they go to their homes.
Paul helped them with his tractor and promptly leveled the plowed furrows so that people can easily get out on the road.
-There is not damage to any car. Many are saying that they would have smashed the glass on cars or scratched them if someone parked in their land. But, Paul has warned drivers in his own way- said his colleagues and added that they hoped this act made it clear to the drivers what he and they thought of the drivers parking on their land.

So, why did he not do the edge of his property beforehand so they could not drive on it in the first place?
Stop asking sensible questions.
I think farmers typically do NOT put trenches around their land. He just finally got fed up with the city people trampling on his rights. I remember when we lived in PA. how frustrated our dairy farmer neighbor was when people would buy 4 wheelers with no place to drive them & then ruin his fields!
I knew a guy who put spikes in the ditch along his road. Popped tires tend to stop guys from driving through his fields.
Should have charged them a 1000 Kuna to get their cars out.

This is a very kind farmer. I would have heavily irrigated the dirt after the plowing, leaving those drivers cars surrounded by mud. A couple decades ago, someone parked in my driveway of my home while visiting someone else down the street. I came home, and parked in front of my driveway blocking that car. Figured sooner or later someone would come retrieve it. So I’m eating dinner, doorbell rings. Some young woman is demanding I move my car some she can leave. Talk about rude! I gave her the third degree, then told her she can wait until I’m done with my dinner and then I’d think about moving my car, then slammed the door in her face. I took a very long time enjoying my dinner.
