Ok, so how are they going to vet a radicalized muslim from one who is not?.....or a so called "Moderate" from one pretending to be one? Are not most Muslims at Mosques, and adhereing to the Koran already "primed"....just a matter of what event or happening "trigger's" what they're already indoctrinated to do by Islamic teachings and what the Koran teaches as their "duty"?......

All of islam is 'naturally radical' because it mandates genocide, apartheid, mutilation, slavery, pedophilia, etc. and they ALL Muslims share the same koran ... it is not a buffet from which they can pick and chose.
