Maybe this lady’s “coming of age/first deer kill” telling will resonate with some, but frankly it is riddled with PC talk and I found it a hard read.
Around here we’d call that story pretty much bullchit.
It is, but I don't want to characterize the author from what's in this article. It's nice to see someone begin after a decade and a half in the media, which isn't all that friendly to firearms or eating Bambi. And though some of the reasons she enumerates might sound PC related, that's ok. Nothing I can disagree with in the article, and I don't mind if liberals, don't know if she is, become comfortable with hunting and firearms.
