The press can't ignore him because he is the news. Ignore him and no one reads or listens to you.
The press hates Trump and that is evidenced by how they lie about and smear and obfuscate everything he says and does.
I am a Cruz supporter first. But Cruz cannot resonate with the voters at this time.
But that doesn't mean that I have to hate Trump.
Trump didn't steal the show from Cruz. Cruz just doesn't resonate with the voters at this particular time.
Because of the immense disappointment at Cruz's failure, a few (really about 5 or 10) here at FR are blind to what Trump is actually doing. It's pretty remarkable when one is able to look at it without being blinded by disappointment and anger.
He's gonna win, so you may as well get used to it.
It's the lack of msm coverage and the self full-filling prophecy produced by the msm paid-for push-polls that says Cruz the conservative can not resonate with the voters.
However, his very specific and direct comment that Obama was a threat to this country gives me a chance to say ....Two thumbs up Mr. Trump!!!!!!
It's in black and white. Rush Limbaugh had the most lavish and profound praise for Ted Cruz, politely wrote Carson off, and had the most circumspect and apolitical praise for Trump. Yet this story puts Cruz at the bottom, Carson in the middle, and Trump at the top!! And makes the headline about Trump as well!!!!
Yet how is "Trump the news" in what Limbaugh actually said? He's not -- the media you claim hates Trump so much spun it as if he was, and ignored Cruz even though Cruz actually was "the news."
It's right in front of people's faces, and they refuse to see it. When it is pointed out to them, many have resistance so strong that they attribute pointing it out to "hatred" for Trump. It is comparable to Trump's attributing Club for Growth's justifiable campaign to reveal Trump as a supporter of unconstitutional eminent domain seizures to his refusal to donate money to the group. Yes, he really did, read the link. It's there in straight-talking politically-incorrect black and white.
Open your eyes. If conservatives want to save this country, they need to coalesce behind a conservative candidate soon. Trump is only a politically incorrect patriotic showman celebrity businessman candidate with zip political record but lots of promises -- the evidence is overwhelming and even Rush found "political incorrectness" the only thing to praise in Trump in the story linked at the thread. Cruz is who Rush praised as "conservative."
The sooner people wake up to this, the better, because Trump will betray everyone who votes for his "politics" -- it is inevitable because Trump lacks a political compass. He's switched political parties three times since 1987! Just being a sincere patriot and successful businessman falls short of what's needed.
