The male turned to female will STILL age like a male. S/He will still get long nose/ear hair, high big belly and balding, just like any aging male.
The same goes for female to male: S/He will age like any other woman but with NO beard; saggy boobs, pot belly low, hanging upper arms, just like any aging female.
It's not nice to TRY to fool mother nature. DNA does speak loud and clear throughout life.
Dude, that's harsh. Harsh, but true. Speaking of transvestites, I got arrested at Dodger Stadium back in the 70's and thrown in LA County Jail. There was a cage where they kept the Hollywood Blvd. transvestites. Those were some scary dudes. Some of them were big, muscular and evil/crazy with long clawlike nails.
