Maybe you need to address your grievances to the management, about how he is doing this all wrong, allowing reasoned and principled discussion, and discouraging personal insults as he does. This site has provided a forum for vigorous discussion and debate between conservatives for over 19 years. Some of us appreciate that fact, as there is not another one that can compare. Not one.
Maybe you can appeal to SJWs and get someone to sign on to #ETLbombastmatters, but I doubt it.
I don’t think there is a soul who cares whether this site is ETL compliant, but there are many who are glad it isn’t.
