Ya I agree with you for the most part. I do however think some State's elected Governors have begun to form some pushback. I would like to see them go further.

My only thought is that we are being foolish if we wait for Federal Senators to act. They are part of the machinery that has usurped the notion of government "Of the people", IMO. The whole federal apparatus has perverted any semblance of a Free Union of individually represented States. This Republic works best when it truly comes down to "all politics are local".
