The Russian leader stressed that the Russian Su-24 fighter-bomber was posing no threat to Turkey. It speaks volumes that he did NOT say the Russian Su-24 hadn't violated Turkey's airspace.

Another story says that the plane was 1 km outside Turkish airspace. That’s the Russian position.

It speaks volumes that he did NOT say the Russian Su-24 hadn't violated Turkey's airspace. Doesn't matter. The Turks shot first. That makes NATO the clear aggressor.

I disagree. If it’s “No threat to Turkey” then it was over Syria.
Although even if it was shot down over Turkey. I don’t think Putin will not respond.
Turkey is about to get hit back, and I imagine it will be hard too.
Turkey started this by being an allies with the evil ISIS.

You appear correct. Russian plane was allegedly in Turk airspace for 2km. At the speed the jet goes, it would've been out in 9 seconds.
