Now it becomes clear why 0dunga doesn’t seem worried about an ISIS attack in the United States. He is funding them and probably has some degree of control over their battle decisions. This is also why 0dunga has MICROMANAGED AUTHORITY OVER WHAT TARGETS WE STRIKE. He is not interested in wiping ISIS out.. On the contrary he has allowed them to grow and there’s a mutual agreement that ISIS not attack us.. YET.

Could be. I don't doubt that Obama has allowed ISIS to flourish with the goal of bringing down Assad. Anything else that happens is secondary to bringing down Assad his main goal.
