There's a medical examiner's report posted on the internet showing the entry, exit and bullet recovery locations all over the dude's body.

I don't know if the numbers are sequential in the order they were fired, but entry wound #1 is a head shot and the entry/exit pair for #2 is right through the base of his neck.

It's hard to tell what exactly transpired there on the street without correlating the instant each of the 16 bullets were fired with the perp's pirouette in the street before he fell.

Looks like only 3 are to the back, 1 each arm and abdomen. If 1 & 2 were first fired they were fatal. Everything else would be irrelevant.
