Actually greece and turkey have had recent hot wars and are in a long cold war. They hate each other.

Good points.

Also, we find out now the jet was hit inside Syria. The ‘moderate rebels’ murder the pilots who had parachuted.

Obama won’t ‘go it alone.’ I think Putin is going to unleash holy Hell on the Turkish border and the rebels / U.S. backed ‘moderate Jihadists.’

We are playing a dangerous game here instead of fighting ISIS.

Prime Mobster Erdogan must be furious about the lost revenues from oil convoys that Russia attacked. There is the loot lost from current shipments, future oil the trucks could have carried plus the vehicles themselves.

The Russians cannot get too aggressive with Turkey because of the Dardanelles.

A bit of indirect action with deniable actors such as finding the Turk general who commanded the shootdown and blowing him into orbit with a car bomb; taking out the F16 pilot if they can ID him; blowing up some planes on the ground Viet Cong style or whatever subtle ideas they can come up with.

Russian strikes will get fighter escorts now.

I wonder how much payola Erdogan is sending our Loser in Chief.

Just my two dinars.

And the jet was only inside Syria by 1 km (less than 1/2 mile).

Just to let you know so you don't run out of gas sometime when you rent a car in Canada or Europe, 1 km is just over 0.6 mile.

Blocking international waterway is casus belli. Turks would not dare. Again, if Russia retaliates, NATO can not invoke Chapter 5. So, no point in doing it.

Ruskies could use cyber strike teams to syphon off Erdogan’s wealth stashed around the globe and channel it to finance PKK and let Erdogan know. Also, creating havoc for Turkish economy. Russian FM advised Russians to stay away from Turkey, probably to prevent hostage situations after the payback. IMHO, this will not end well for Turkey.

I think Erdogan and his clan are so crooked they almost make a Clinton look honest.

The cyberware idea is great. Siphoning off their bank accounts and re-routing them would be really sweet.

You know, I wonder how much the Turkish Army has been politically cleansed. Have read that there are generals who hate Erdogan’s guts. A coup would be stimulating.
