They shot this human down like he was a rabid dog. Didn’t these cops have any training in non-lethal methods of arrest?

Not a rabid dog. More like the family pet. I have no use of the roid cops or the drugged ferals. It’s like watching France play Italy in soccer. At first , for just a fraction of a second, you think you care then you realize it’s a no winner match.
He was a PCP user with a life time of criminal behavior. A rabid dog is what he was.
I feel bad for cops these days....they are so hyped up and under the “gun” so to speak and every decision is filmed....
hard to believe we never read about one shot to the leg and suspect went down.
