Socialism sounds great on the surface. It has one, main shortcoming, however.
Socialism requires that EVERY, SINGLE person who partakes of the system MUST be scrupulously HONEST and take only what he is entitled to.

Ask them to point to the nations where socialism is working. Cuba? Venezuela? North Korea?
Star trek is a good example. They don’t use money and Rodenbury was a proponent of socialism. At least I’ve read numerous stories about it.
