Meanwhile supporters for other “outside” candidates like Ted Cruz are literally forced to avoid an entire period of time from October 2013 through March 2015 simply because candidate Ted Cruz fails to own any of the activity, action and consequence within that 18 months.

It was almost comical to see Breitbart.Com write a 2,000+ word deconstruction of Marco Rubio over the H1B visa program, and a lawsuit coming from Disney workers, and yet see Breitbart (funded by Cruz Super-PAC financier Robert Mercer) had to intentionally avoid mentioning that Senator Ted Cruz advocates for the exact same thing. The silence is deafening.

Is this true? Is Cruz’s position the same as Rubio’s?

No. It is another lie perpetrated by some freepers. Cruz was for increased H1B before the abuses came out.
He offered amendments in 2013 as Senator Sessions’ office confirmed to show hypocrisy in the bill that Sessions also voted for.
Rubio lied during debate listing precautions that should be taken that are NOT at least at the time were not in the bill with H1B with Rubio’s name on it.
Cruz voted yes on some pre real vote TPA or TTP, I mix those up and voted no on the final bill. Rubio’s vote for it made it 60 yeah votes.
You cannot especially trust all Freepers. Have to do your own research. Fascinating all they come up with his TPA vote, amendments to the gang of 8 bill, and that Mrs. Cruz works for Goldman-Sachs.

Here from May interview with L Ingraham via Brietbart. Note last sentence, he did not know about Disney abuses at that and declined to comment.
After that is when he changed his mind on the H1Bs.
I’ve introduced legislation to increase the number of H-1B visas, if there are people who are educated and talented and creating jobs, the data shows for every H-1B visa holder that comes in, he or she creates 1.7 jobs for Americans here. I want job creations, I want innovators, I want new opportunities for America.” Cruz was asked about Disney’s use of H-1B visas to replace US workers who were forced to train their replacements, he stated that he didn’t know the facts of the Disney case, so he couldn’t comment.

Cruz changed his position this past summer IIRC. He now opposes H1B visas. Rubio supports them.

And I support a Trump/Cruz ticket.

On H1B visas yes

No, it is not true. I’m a Trumpster, but to compare Cruz with Rubio in anything except the title “senator” is misguided.

Not quite, actually not close. Ted’s position is closer to Donald’s which is to let only the really good ones in. And Ted has come around to Donald’s positions on H1B policy, whereas Rubio lies in English and speaks his real view in Spanish.

That said, the H1B issue is about abuses. America wants as many Einsteins that they can get their hands on, but unfortunately the Cheap Labor Express has abused the system to their own ends. Trump’s policy position on it is brilliant. He’s going to derail the Cheap Labor Express’ by forcing them to pay 110% of the prevailing wage and thereby drive tech jobs to Americans first and at the same time allow the Einsteins to be recruited and rewarded. It unifies us brilliantly.
