Last year it would have been - but no longer. Conservatives are now the RINOs/GOPe operatives and ultra-liberalism is the way to go with Trump. If you disagree with his liberalism, you are an "agent of the GOPe", RINO, etc. or you have a "problem with the Constitution" - i.e. things like Kelo v. New London CT SCOTUS ruling, previously an outrageous decision denounced by all of us here, is now cool and if we disagree with Trump on it - our problem is with the 5th amendment and are agents of the GOPe, or others will declare it "Lies! Lies!" and argue Trump doesn't support it even though he has been very outspoken of this ruling specifically. If you present Donald Trump's own words promoting big government programs - they are either from "the distant past" (even if from just last week), he never said it, the article doesn't match the headline (even if it does), or it is a good plan (but almost certainly would have been a bad plan had it been proposed by another candidate).
