I agree with you with the exception of Obama setting a precedent - perhaps so but it should not be allowed to stand.

This guy may be a nut job but in this I support him. Cruz is in no way qualified to be President by honest rendering of the Constitution. Being a Constitutional scholar, I’m sure he knows this.

At some point this country has got to put it’s foot down, say no more, laws matter. We are currently running what, twelve candidates for nomination? Of that twelve, Cruz and Rubio are NOT qualified. Jindal was not either, at least he has dropped out.

It seems that everyone feels since the Democrats and Obama made a mockery of the Constitution, the Republicans can also.

Every president to date was either a citizen at the adoption of the Constitution in 1789 or born in the United States; of those in the latter group, every president except two (Chester A. Arthur and Barack Obama) had two U.S.-citizen parents.

News Flash!!! Bobby Jindal was was born in on June 10, 1971 in Baton Rouge, LA. His parents entered the U.S. in 1971 on green cards (meaning they were legal immigrants secured through Bobby's father, Amar Jindal and his participation in "a program by the federal government to increase the number of engineers."
