There have been many “ Populist “ in history, and yes, some not with the infamous history of Hitler.

Instead of getting all emotional about what I said and saw the name Hitler, stop and think what I was trying to define as what a “ populist “ is.

I come onto the thread to defend Trump from some dumb ass who is comparing him with Adolf Hitler, and now I'm the bad guy?  I'm the one who is trolling?  It's emotional to tell you to quit comparing him to Adolf Hitler and doing damage to your own standing as well as that of your candidate, and I'm the bad guy?  I can't imagine Cruz comparing Trump to Adolf Hitler.  Evidently you know him better than I do.

Ronald Regan was a populist.  He asked folks if they were better off that day than when Carter was elected.  This was a personal appeal to people to identify with them one on one.  He promised to make their lives better.  You don't think that was populism?  Now you make the case that if you're a populist, you're the next Hitler?  And don't try to pass this off with the crap reply just below.  You didn't leave any room for doubt when you compared Trump to Hitler and you damn well know it.

As I said, you are a nut-job.    If you can't tell righteous indignation from emotion, you're an even bigger nut-case than I had previously thought.  I'm supposed to resond to this charge in an academic manner, as if you have a leg to stand on?  Horse stuff!  Is it your take Jim Robinson and I are going to cast a vote for Hitler next November?  Why yes it is.  And you think you're on the side of reason here.
