I've noticed the same comments on social media that I suspect many other have about the capture of the man responsible for the shooting from (not of) the Planned Parenthood location in Colorado Springs. Three people were killed and nine wounded in the attack, including one police officer who was killed and four more injured attempting to save citizens who were taking fire.
Very opinionated but very ignorant people have claimed that the shooter was taken alive because he was white, and also claim that if he was a minority, that police would have gunned him down. These idiots-let's call them what they are-think cops see color.

The police did not take anything.
The shooter surrendered.
Of course, everything about this story has been astroturfed to the nth degree already.
And the astroturfing started immediately on Friday and has continued non-stop.
You are correct. With a dead suspect, all they could ever do is speculate. There will be a trial, probably around next summer*, and the facts will be known and the MSM will have egg on its face once again. The shootout probably had NOTHING to do with PP, and the “no more body parts” so-called “quote” is probably 100% fictitious. We’ve been down a similar road in 2012, when Harry Reid was supposedly informed that Mitt Romney was not paying his income taxes and that there needed to be an investigation. Hogwash!!!
*Unless he gets “Arkancided” in jail.....

There was no attack on PP.
No people were killed inside PP.
No shots were fired inside PP.
He never entered PP.
PP recalls the recent exposures of their treachery and is hijacking this incident, the better to desperately cast themselves as victims.
They don’t call it “Rocky Mountain High” for nothing......
Your excellent posting of scanner info was very useful. It was disturbing as hell though to realize that what was reported then and later by the media was in nearly complete conflict with the scanner.
It’s easy for us to glibly say, well of course, what do you expect from the media...but it is getting more pronounced and vile by the week and average Americans are dreadfully ill-informed.
I thank God for FreeRepublic and the internet or we’d truly be in the dark.
