If you live in a liberal neighborhood, would you consider moving somewhere more useful to you? What circumstances would have to change for you to accept the hassle of relocating?

What circumstances would have to change for you to accept the hassle of relocating?Unless one is perpetually prepared to relocate, moving does no good. Neighborhoods change, and frankly I'd rather not have to worry about what's downrange.
