EVERY LEGAL CITIZEN should start carrying immediately to be able to protect themselves.
Wherever you are. Your right to defend your life outweighs any law.
Clearly, no one there was able to stop these guys, nor even TRY.
Had there been several armed Citizens there, the outcome may have been vastly different.
One recurring account is the suspects fire until their magazines are empty, and then they calmly reload to fire some more. What is needed is armed citizens who will calmly shoot the criminals as they are calmly reloading.
