She can’t do anything. As long is the threat isn’t focused then it doesn’t matter, it’s covered by Free Speech. If they go ahead anyways, then #2 becomes an option.
The left believes that hate speech is not protected by the First Amendment. Of course they are the ones who decide what constitutes "hate speech." Lynch may be talking about "speech that edges toward violence" but that can be very loosely interpreted--anything negative about Islam can be viewed as "edging toward violence."
Another Democrat President and it will be a crime to mention the 9/11 attacks because doing so might encourage violence against Muslims.
