The Left intends and plans to unite with the muslims in a marriage of convenience to wipe out the Conservatives and Christians. The muslims probably to use the Left to further their goals[eradicating their other enemies]. The mistake the Left makes are three: 1. Believing that they are more intelligent than they actually are. 2. Believing that they can con the Muslims like they conned the Conservatives and Christians.3. Believing that they are more intelligent than the muslims and can con and appease them. Mistakes two and three will prove fatal to the Left.

I totally agree. I'm reminded of the original "War of the Worlds" movie with Gene Barry, in which an idealistic preacher ("They're God's children, just like us") gets zapped when he tries to make peace with the Martians.
