That assertion is rubbish. Islam is a lot of bad things but it is also a religion. When it acts badly it can be prosecuted but it may not be prosecuted simply as a religion.
The Constitution IS NOT a suicide pact.
The Constitution permits Defense of the country against acts and conspiracies with overt acts but not against religious status.
