They detonated it and there was no explosion?
Sounds like someone over-reacted or it was a dud.
There was an IED outside of a school here in Washington state - yesterday I believe. It was confirmed to be an explosive device. But that’s all they said - so not sure if it was a pipe filled with match-heads made by some kid or a “crock pot” filled with TNT.
Controlled explosion.
The bomb did not explode. It was blown up by the bomb disposal unit.
