I was recently struggling with the distinction between type and archetype. Students were using the words interchangeably in some papers I was grading. You've helped clear it up. You are the archetypal Trump supporter.

As I have so oft stated - I can find fault in both men. It’s not difficult. But I believe Trump has the better temperament and EXPERIENCE for the job of POTUS. I do not believe that Senator Cruz has such qualities. Moreover, his nasally lecturing style of “debate” may work in a courtroom, but I sense it will be (and is) a put-off to many Americans, which is perhaps why his poll numbers are consistently below Trump’s. But then, it is early, and that could change. On the other hand Trump’s repetition of subject matter tends to get old ... so - there is sauce for the goose.
