I grew up on a farm and even I don’t like ethanol subsidies.
Despite my family benefiting from them, it is just wrong in principle. It is essentially welfare for farmers and big agribusiness.
Instead of giving a hand out from the fed gov, why not just lower everyone’s taxes and stop picking winners and losers via money laundering through the beltway.

This could be a miss-step, but don't think it is. It is grossly inconsistent and NOT short term trashing. This is Establishment RINO/DEMO crap. The worst part— if it isn't calculated and he thinks this— it is time for a stop in your tracks moment of deviation from "conservative" tough sounding Progressive... like Teddy Roosevelt- not principled conservativism. By and large the Progressive wing of whatever in the Establishment... supports every bit of these positions, and now the true colors come out wigh Trump. Our constitutional Republic is in serious danger.
Remembering who the dumb@@@ vote is-- and the poll manipulation by hitlery... what are Trump's chances? Maybe-- (don't forget the friendship with the Clinton's-- it's just business with this guy)-- he is working hard to be the losing candidate. It is entirely possible.

Sometimes I think that the conservatives should simply go “on strike” and just all resign and tell the libs and RINO republicans “All Yours, once you enslave us with the iron fisted tyranny you all sem to want so damned much we will be voting from the rooftops.”
