The ACLU lawsuit claims that the pro-life law "is a blatant violation of equal protection and the prohibition against state laws that discriminate on the basis of race."

So, protecting children from racial discrimination is now considered racist.

Their mantra of calling everything racist is losing its effect.

You know I fail to really understand these guys, you would think maybe they would see that they are trying to help the minorities not hurt them, so who is actually the bigot, what the hell.

Dear ACLU,

Any argument you might try to make regarding "abortion" and "racism" are de facto invalid because of "Margaret Sanger" and "eugenics".

Sincerely,
Logic, reason and common sense.

Then they have NO argument if scientists discover a gene linked to homosexuality or transgenderism tendencies and people start aborting it out of existence like Downs’ Syndrome.

The claim this law is directed against black women is ridiculous. Obviously the women who would want to abort a baby because it would be black are white women who have sex with black men.
