None. There is no delegated power given the federal to regulate commerce within a State (commerce only within a State that is not interstate commerce but only affects interstate commerce is still not interstate commerce) agriculture or manufacturing.

Most of what the federal does domestically represents an arrogation of the Constitution as the Law.

And the vast majority of both parties really don’t care.

The feds control corporate law. All incorporation is derived from federal incorporation, including state, municipal and private incorporation. Statutes and regulations are corporate.

Nutritional labeling for beer? I drink beer all the time. Never once do I confuse it for health food.

Beer has food value.

Food has no beer value.

I can’t recall when was the last time I drank any beer for its nutritional value. Maybe I should pay better attention when I put beer in saucers for the slugs and snails in the garden.

This will put ALL the micro breweries out of business.
Nice job killer .
So why did they not include wine while they were at it ?
Could it be that to many micro wineries are own by lefties ?

If it can be regulated, it will be, to hell with any number of small businesses that must be sacrificed.

Study the application of ejusdem generis to legal deconstruction and get back to me. Start with statutory definitions of "person" and "individual."

This is, in my experience, quite literally true. I once had a girlfriend whose uncle worked for a federal agency - one that is probably considered more or less middle of the road as far as intrusiveness goes - and I was never in his presence when he wasn’t talking of the need for greater regulation and federal control. Granted, I only saw him a few times a year and I only dated her for a bit less than three years, but it was by far his favorite topic of conversation when I was around.
